As the situation around the coronavirus continues to evolve, Colorado Governor, Jared Polis, has issued a statewide stay-at-home order as part of Colorado's COVID-19 response that will begin at 6 a.m. Thursday, March 26, 2020, and go until April 11, 2020.
We have been asked to remain at home except under special circumstances in order to stay healthy and avoid spreading the coronavirus. Receiving mental health counseling from a healthcare professional is considered a critical service. DLB Counseling & Consulting will continue to provide individual counseling sessions to all of our clients using telehealth services until the state-wide stay at home order has been lifted. Face-to-face individual sessions will be available under specific circumstances that have been determined by your therapist. All group sessions have been canceled until further notice.
We encourage you to participate in telehealth sessions and ask you to review and provide your electronic signature on the attached Telehealth Informed Consent form. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with implementing your telehealth sessions.
Before setting up your Telehealth account, it is important to ensure your specific behavioral health insurance plan will cover Behavioral Health Telehealth services.
